Guided-Learning
Originally developed to assist my Reiki Students, but the technique has proven to provide amazing results with others!
Technique was built upon my personal belief that all struggles in a person’s life are simply Life-Lessons waiting to be understood.
Struggles are like Life’s Tests
When we continue struggling, we simply didn’t understand the lesson in order to pass the test. Once the Life-Lesson is identified & successfully applied, the “final exam” is passed, the struggle dissipates and the “struggle-cycle” ends.
Being inside the struggle, a person feels scared, helpless and disconnected.
Here's where the process begins...
Guided-Learning helps them to see more clearly, as they do, they begin to feel empowered within their own lives!
Identify the Lesson
Helping people to identify the Life-Lessons hidden under their struggles & conflicts.
Everything "bad" actually does happen for a
GOOD REASON!
We search for those good things in all situations until we find them!
Being within a struggle, it's often difficult to see the good, BUT...
Practice Makes Perfect!
By guiding people to find their hidden lessons, they learn through experience that the good things really are there to find!
In time, they learn how to identify these things on their own.
Understand the Lesson
Looking at WHY this happened.
Understanding what caused a conflict helps to see the situation more objectively, without being distorted through layers of personal hurts and negative expectations.
Apply the Lesson
Learning how to APPLY CHANGES to better SELF.
Applying solutions for immediate & permanent positive changes.
This also includes helping people to forgive others & release old hurts/fears by helping them to understand what caused the original conflicts.
Identify the Weeds of the Problem
The weeds are the root cause of a problem, whether that be medical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, relationship, family or community problem.
Help others understand how the root cause of problems are often hidden, yet once identified...
solutions are simple little changes,
quite easy to do!
Pull the Weeds!
The result is usually life altering.
Positive changes come quite quickly.
Problems are generally built up one stacking upon another, upon yet another, etc. Removing the root cause underneath the whole stack of problems seen on the surface gives amazing results! It's a wonderful technique which I've spent the last few years developing & perfecting.
CLINICAL STUDY: Testing the Effectiveness of Guided-Learning
A local Professional Clinical Counselor and I had been planning to begin a clinical study for over a year. The study would allow the combined use of all of my gifts, but mostly it would test the effectiveness of the Guided-Learning Technique.
She contacted a former patient, who she had previously been unable to help as much as she wanted to.
A NEW APPROACH was needed,
Over many years, the usual treatment plan of therapy & medications weren't providing enough relief. The family felt discouraged and were truly looking to find solutions.
We began the Clinical Study with this patient on November 16, 2010.
The counselor is observing while I work with her patient, so the process may be documented by a mental health professional.
We are both very excited by how quickly & easily the patient is responding to these all-natural holistic techniques!
Describing details of HOW IT WORKS...
It's difficult to explain.
The Counselor has asked me how exactly to explain this to her colleagues?
My Answer: How could I have explained this to you?
Her Answer went something like this:
I don't think you could have... I would not have understood it without witnessing it happening right in front of me. It's so different, almost opposite everything we are taught to do. It's the fastest thing I've ever seen and you've "fixed" the patient I couldn't.
Fixed???
Actually, we agree she was never broken!
Yet, it still seems an accurate word to describe the amazing transformation we've had the honor of witnessing in this remarkable woman!
She's really wanted this positive change. She's been willing to put the effort in and it shows!
Transitioning
Discovering all the ways things are so much better now.
Learning to TRUST & BELIEVE that it's true!
Letting go of the old and finding confidence in the NEW PERSON she is becoming.
I'm very proud of her and I feel so blessed to have her in my life!
