The Wolf leaves quite an impression on most children when they first learn of him in their storybooks.

Who could have imagined that a fairy tale could cause so much harm?

We hope the public will come to know the truth about Wolves and hold them sacred.

Wolves were removed from the

endangered species list before their population had recovered; since then 1/3 of our wolves have been killed in the lower 48 States.

Wolves went from endangered to "in dangered," all because the wolf has a bad reputation... one he does not deserve. This film aims to introduce the real wolf to all those who thought he was "the big bad wolf" come to life out of their childhood fairy tale books.

The wolf is good for the environment, limiting the spread of disease in nature, his primary diet consists mainly of beavers & muskrats. Man's best friend, the dog, is a descendant of the wolf. Dog-lovers should consider that it is definitely in "dog's" best interest to preserve the wolf for many additional medical reasons.

During an extended visit to the Red River Zoo's Wolf Exhibit the other day, only once did we observe the wolves approach the glass to interact with someone.

This young boy entered the wolf exhibit expressing his fear that they would eat him.

Just as the boy came close to the glass, a wolf seemed to notice him and approached the glass. Several quiet moments passed as they stared into each other's eyes.

This unexpected tender moment delivered a clear message to all who witnessed it.
The boy's fear appeared to melt away as he stood there, he realized the truth which stared all of us in the face.
