What is Reiki?

                                      Reiki means “life force energy”
Reiki is a form of Energy Medicine which supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself on all levels; mental, spiritual, and physical. The human body is a energy field, constantly reorganizing & realigning itself.
    
     The treatment is a gentle yet profound non-invasive process. It is experienced while fully clothed (or unclothed during a Massage Session). Hands are lightly placed on your body; balancing and realigning your own natural energies. Many people experience a sense of peace within themselves, renewed energies and clarity on life issues. Every treatment is unique onto itself and each brings higher insight to any personal challenges.

This is the simplest form of healing I have ever experienced and witnessed among hundreds of people with every form of disease one can imagine. This work has transformed and healed humankind on every level. Beings from all walks of life, enduring all types of disease. Although, the forms of disease and (dis-ease) have varied, the one thing consistent is healing. Energy has no boundaries it heals everything!

Some Clients often do like to experience Reiki without massage, to see what it's like. We do encourage this, as clients have experienced many amazing things during Reiki sessions that they may have been distracted from if it had been a combined session.   It's a personal choice, you get to decide!
