You Can't Hide.
There is NO ESCAPING ADDICTION...
Unless you Stand and Face It.
Positive changes are difficult to force others into, yet most people are easily INSPIRED!
What could INSPIRE someone to STOP using illegal drugs?
One of "my kids"
(You know WHO you are!)
She's always been stronger and smarter than she thought she was.
A Beautiful Person, who has MUCH TO OFFER the World...
once she decides to climb out into it!
All my Love...
People of ALL ages to live Happier & Healthier lives.
Inspiring Idea #1
When it comes to your "Addiction,"
Stop thinking of it as a BIG THING...
it only SEEMS BIG when you think of all the little choices you made which added up to the WHOLE PROBLEM.
Right now... it's only ONE LITTLE CHOICE.
That choice is:
"I could..
but I just DON'T WANT it RIGHT NOW."
That's ONE LITTLE CHOICE... simple and easier than you thought it would be.
Only think of THE CHOICE which is RIGHT NOW.
It is just a little thing.
How is that a solution?
If you made that choice last week on Tuesday.
Then on Wednesday, you made that same choice.
On Thursday, you chose it again!
On Friday, when the choice came up... you found it easy to make the same
choice again.
Each time you make that ONE LITTLE CHOICE... it's another day!
EVERY TIME you make THIS CHOICE is a WIN!
Celebrate it with a little victory dance!
Share it with me,
I WILL DANCE WITH YOU!
Before you know it...
you will think about it less and less, until you no longer think about it at all.
Celebrate the WINS and see yourself as
A WINNER!
Truly FEEL HAPPY ... You are Winning!

Inspiring Idea #2
Think like a WINNER!
If you should mess up...
don't worry about it!
Even the Pro Football Players sometimes drop the ball.
When they pick it up and run to make a touchdown...
nobody cares that they dropped the ball.
That's YOU!
Pick up the ball and KEEP GOING,
because that's how
YOU WILL
WIN THE GAME!
** Remember to Practice YOUR VICTORY DANCE! **

Inspiring Idea #3
UNDERSTAND WHAT IT DOES
Recently a Mental Health Professional explained to me EXACTLY what the
"go fast" drugs do within the brain.
They DON'T give you anything you didn't already have!
The chemicals which make you FEEL GOOD, are the chemicals your body had made naturally.
The brain normally releases them into your body slowly, so you can
feel good all the time.
The drug tricks your brain to release these chemicals ALL AT ONCE...
that's the intense feeling you liked, right?
After these good feelings wore off,
your body had used up
ALL OF YOUR
"chemical reserves."
There's nothing left to release slowly,
so what you experienced felt like:
CRASHING INTO A SEVERE DEPRESSION.
It felt terrible, didn't it?
That's what motivated you to take the drug again...
you just wanted to feel better again, right?
This is called: CHASING THE HIGH.
Chase it all you want... but you won't catch it again!
The drug ONLY makes your brain dump ALL YOUR CHEMICALS at once.
There's NOTHING LEFT TO DUMP!!!
Here comes the obvious Question...
WHY KEEP TAKING THE DRUG?
It CAN'T DO ANYTHING for you...
there is NOTHING LEFT.
Here's the GOOD NEWS...
Your brain creates these chemicals over time.
You can speed up the production of these chemicals...
by truly feeling HAPPY.
To learn HOW to truly FEEL HAPPY:
for now, just keep it simple...
keep practicing Inspiring Idea #1
and your victory dance!
~ Later ~
I highly suggest that you learn more "tools" for
improving how you "feel" inside.
Reiki is a good tool for this.
Find the "tool" that resonates with you and KEEP GOING!
It's really NOT that hard to START.
*** I hope you remembered to put Your Dancing Shoes On! ***
Congratulations!
by reading this...
You've already begun!
