Original Hand-Written Lesson Notes (outline):
Lesson 1: Friend or Foe?
Lesson 2: Mirrors All Around
The original session notes/outline for this lesson are below.
Also included in these Lesson Notes is the Lesson: Mirrors All Around.
Your Environment, EVERYTHING YOU BECOME AWARE OF... is a reflection of YOU!
Whether it was Negative OR Positive.
Could have been just a THOUGHT, FEELING or BELIEF...
Address that WITHIN YOU!
Lesson 1: Friend or Foe? Full Friend or Foe lesson- click here.
Lesson 2: Mirrors All Around
If it's a problem...
Address that Inside of You.
Whatever solution you think they need... Apply that solution to yourself.
Example: If they are outwardly Angry, you are likely inwardly feeling angry.
When you are no longer feeling angry inside, that person will likely no longer be angry toward you OR they won't be around you.
If it's NOT a problem...
Observe their awesomeness, then look for & appreciate that inside of you!
Lesson 3: Always Observe Others
Objective Observing of others situations allows a more clear view. Learn from the mistakes of others and this could save you from experiencing similar struggles of your own.
Lesson 4: Identify the Message
Ask yourself, "What message does this bring to improve my life?"
In your personal struggles:
Ask yourself, "Is this coming from a Fear?"
"Oh No!" type thoughts and feelings indicate that yes, it's probably coming from a Fear.
If you feel you've already dealt with this fear, perhaps a tiny portion of an old fear still remains?
Lesson 5: Name & Define It (notes not included)
Name it by saying to yourself, "That is just a fear."
Then Define it by saying to yourself, "Fear is the liar which attempts to hide something awesome from me."
Lesson 6: Command & Conquer It (notes not included)
Once you have named and defined a Fear...
Command It by telling fear, "Get out of my way so I can see all the good stuff you've been trying to hide from me!"
Conquer It by seeing yourself push it out of the way. Visualize Fears as dark thick draperies (curtains/window coverings) which hide the beautiful sunny day outside. See yourself pushing the "Fear-Curtains" out of the way, exposing the full window.
Look Beyond the Fear and keep looking until you can see the AWESOME Good Stuff which Fear had tried to hide from you. (looking beyond is actually part of Lesson 7).
Lesson 7: Stop Assuming the Worst First.
Begin Assuming only the Best First.
Simply stated: Believe there is always Goodness in everyone and everything, continue looking for it until you can see it.
Assume that no one would hurt you on purpose, if they are, it is only because they are hurting inside of themselves. They most likely feel they must defend themselves from you and don't fully realize what they are doing to others.
Lesson 8: Retrain Your Brain (notes not included)
Argue with, Dismiss & Rationalize your fears away.
Only you can rid yourself of your own negative thoughts and fears.
Continue retraining your thoughts and feelings from negative to positive.
These are only brief descriptions, there are many more lessons not yet available online.
"History teaches us that those who wait for someone to come 'SAVE THEM' usually attack the one who comes to do so. Their own fearful thoughts & beliefs deceive them, keeping truth and goodness hidden from them. We must learn from those who were so blinded by their own fearful thoughts, that they could not recognize goodness until after they had destroyed it. The lesson they bring? FEAR is the enemy we must save ourselves from." ~ Jennifer Kruse, LMT CRMT
"Choosing to remain fearful is choosing to remain a blind prisoner of fear itself." ~ Jennifer Kruse, LMT CRMT

"If someone was drowning, struggling to keep their head above water and a life preserver was thrown to them... should they swim away from it OR grab onto it? __________________________________________________________
If you answered GRAB IT, then you were already aware that we must participate in our own saving." ~ Jennifer Kruse, LMT CRMT
"As for those who wait for someone to come to SAVE THEM... Who can save them from their thoughts? Their own fearful thoughts prevent them from seeing, hearing and recognizing goodness. How can they accept Goodness or Saving when they cannot even recognize it?" ~ Jennifer Kruse, LMT CRMT
"The Enemy of Goodness has wielded a most powerful secret weapon. The Trickster is Tricky indeed! It was an act of pure Genius... giving us the weapon which we used for thousands of years to defeat ourselves. The Greatest Weapon of Mass Destruction... FEAR." ~ Jennifer Kruse, LMT CRMT
"The most effective combat strategy? Divide and Conquer.
The best way to Conquer an Enemy? Give them weapons they will use to destroy themselves.
The Greatest Weapon of Mass Destruction?.... FEAR.
The Greatest Weapon against Fear? ... Love." ~ Jennifer Kruse, LMT CRMT

Who always wins? _______________________
Ask yourselves... Do you really believe that or not? ____________
Assess yourselves... Do your actions truly reflect ALL of your beliefs? __________
Think about & Realize the Truth: If you truly believe the winner always wins... Then why do you constantly live in Fear of the Winner's opponent?" ~ Jennifer Kruse, LMT CRMT
