If you’ve suddenly felt crabby lately, without reason, you are not alone. Many people are reporting this, as well as feeling sudden sadness, anger, grief or guilt for what feels like no reason at all and sometimes from events which happened long ago. It often feels as though it is all happening “Right Now.”

Earth’s Energy is changing; it has been for quite some time.
As the Indigenous People have always done, we shall look for the recognizable signs in nature and consider the Indigenous People's Oral History for guidance. If this has happened before, we may have a better idea of what to expect and we will know what to do.
First noticeable indication of Earth’s changing energy begins with the birth of animals showing a recessive gene, such as, being born all white or all black (like the white buffalo, which is not always an albino).
The White Buffalo is significant to Native Americans, it is a sacred prophecy which has come true. The birth of the White Buffalo Calf was the sign many generations had been waiting for. There is a large teaching about the White Buffalo Calf Woman, marking the time of change which we are experiencing right now.
People feel this shift in their emotions and moods.

We did not mention or explain how Earth’s Energy is now commonly forcing these responses as well.
Energy Medicine considers kept negative emotions within the body as “negative energy,” which interferes with the natural energy flow of the physical body and thus can eventually add up to considerable effects on a person’s overall health.
This is an energy imbalance.
Our Mother Earth has experienced similar energy imbalances and is naturally rebalancing her body’s energy, which forces us to balance our own energy too.
1.) Don't feed into it and it'll pass quite quickly.
2.) Don't ignore it or sedate yourself.
3.) Don't dwell on negative thoughts or past events.
4.) Don't create additional negative kept emotions.
5.) Don't argue or fight about it.
6.) Don't fall back into old "bad habits."
7.) Don't beat up anyone or yourself about the past.
1.) Recognize this as a "healing time."
2.) Give yourself permission to release kept emotions.
3.) Let the old feelings flow out and away from you.
4.) Fill yourself up with positives while releasing negatives.
5.) Consciously choose to forgive others and yourself.
6.) Allow the heavy emotions and beliefs to exit completely.
7.) Feel yourself become lighter and lighter.
8.) Be consciously optimistic about every aspect of your life.
9.) Keep moving up and forward.
The whole point is to use the opportunity to "release" those negative feelings you had previously kept. Just don't feed into them, like dwelling on the thoughts or emotions which go with them OR doing the unhealthy actions which you used to do with those thoughts.
Consciously choose to see this as a "healing time" and choose to let those old things go. Feel Happy that this is happening, it means you are moving forward, your life & health will be much improved after this very short time of unpleasantness.
